Job Description
Responsibilities
- Prepare documents / letters / reports for Admin related issues
- Provide clerical support to the sales team
- Perform routine duties such as data input, filing, record keeping, etc.
- Assist in planning and conducting corporate event
- Responsible for handling customer services survey, customer relationship programs and the CRM system
- Participate in ad hoc projects and other business support when assigned
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline, with minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sizable organization
- High level of confidentiality, well organized, detail-conscious with good communication & interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
- Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese
- Fresh graduate will be also considered
