The successful candidate will be required to assist the Principal Education Secretary in developing and promoting the Kuk’s educational services. The key responsibilities will include (a) coordination and liaison with Kuk’s affiliated schools and stakeholders (b) supervision of administrative staff (c) provide secretarial services (d) facilitate the development and implementation of projects (e) other tasks as assigned by supervisor.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or above in any disciplines with relevant work experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; Attention to details;
• An appropriate level of IT skills i.e. Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing;
• Good data and information management;
• Previous work experience in NGO settings plus supervisory experience is an advantage
