Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent eCommerce customer services to customers by different channels such as email and instant messaging
- Manage the order processing cycle with different departments
- Assist customers in the online buying journey
- Assist customers to resolve any post-sales issues
- Support the team to achieve the targets (e.g. first response rate)
- Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor and management
Job Requirements:
- Excellent customer services experience using email and instant messaging
- Proficient in written and verbal English is a must.
- Strong attention to details and customer focus
- Able to work independently, autonomously as well as multi-task working
- Intermediate level with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Word and Excel
- Immediately available is preferred
- Willing to work a minimum of 16 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
