Senior Customer Services Officer (Life Insurance Operations)

A reputable China-based Insurance Group is looking for a high-calibre Customer Service Officer to handle customer enquiries & deliver quality Customer Service.

Responsibilities:

• Handling customer enquiries & complaints 
• Solicit feedback from customers and bank representatives 
• Deliver quality customer service to achieve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree with professional insurance qualification (e.g. IIQE, FLMI)
• 5 years working experience in life insurance with solid customer relationship management experience including complaint handling
• Excellent customer-service mindset with effective interpersonal and communication skill
• Good team player, able to work independently and willing to work overtime
• Positive, attentive to details and good organizing skills.
• Conversant with MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Proficient in spoken & written English and Chinese
• Preference will be given to candidates with good command of spoken Putonghua; proficiency in other Chinese dialects will be an asset
• Candidates with less experience can be considered as Officer Level
