Our client "The Tokio Marine and Fire Insurance Co (HK) Ltd” is seeking a Claims Administrator Officer  to join their company!  

What you’ll be doing? 

• Claims handling, assessment, adjustment
• System data entry, document scanning and other clerical support to the department
• Liaise with medical professionals and customers to conduct assessment and investigation
• Follow up customers’ request with other departments
• Other ad hoc project as required
   

 Who are they looking for? 

• Higher Diploma or above
• 2-3 year in processing medical / PA claims
• Good command of spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office, Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player, willing to learn, able to work independently and under pressure
• Self-motivated, analytical and detail-minded in problem solving
• Customer-oriented
