RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full set of accounts, including daily accounting entries, inter-company transactions reconciliations, bank reconciliations, inventory reconciliation and preparation of analyses
• Prepare monthly financial reporting, annual audit, quarterly forecasts and annual budgeting
• Liaise with stakeholders for receivables and payable settlement status
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax rules and internal policies and procedures
• Perform ad hoc assignments/duties as assigned
• Support in account system implementation, integrate business process and financial controls;
• Liaise and work closely with internal departments for operation supports, financial projects and process improvements;
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other stakeholders

Who are we looking for?

• Higher Diploma or above in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years of Auditing and Accounting experience 
• Self-motivated, good organizational skill and strong sense of responsibility
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Good command in MS Word, Excel and Chinese typing
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Beauty industry experience is preferred
