Job Description
We are in search of a new colleague for our Hong Kong organization to take the responsibilities of the position of Assistant Key Accounts Manager, Off-trade.
You will be reporting to the Head of Take Home Trade to lead the daily operations and drive business results for the assigned Key Accounts in the Hong Kong market.
What you'll be doing:
- Lead and be accountable for the daily operations and business results of assigned Key Accounts.
- Support the development and implementation of Customer Joint Business Plan to further strengthen trade partnership with assigned Key Accounts and to achieve company’s business objectives.
- Engage effectively with Key Accounts in areas of promotion planning, visibility and merchandising.
- Implement, monitor and review the effectiveness of promotional and merchandising activities.
- Monitor service levels and trade inventory and be responsible for forecast accuracy; active participation in the demand planning process.
- Bachelor degree holder in any discipline.
- Good analytical skills and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player, independent, result-oriented and eager to learn.
- Enjoy working in a young, energetic and fast pace environment.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in retail/FMCG/relevant industry.
- Excellent command in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
