Responsibilities:

• Provide support to Manager in tender and cost management of prestigious mixed-use property development projects in Mainland, including cost estimation and budget control / tender and contract administration / technical audit, etc
• Assist in the liaison and collaboration with relevant parties and supervising local staff in carrying out cost management, tendering, contract administration and QS works

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline with professional qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of experience of which at least 3 years must be in a supervisory capacity in large-scale construction projects and prestigious property development, preferably on the Mainland
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent Putonghua is a must
• Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel in Mainland is required
• Candidates with lesser experience/qualification would be considered as Assistant Manager
