Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for expanding business channels and resources in Hong Kong and the Mainland, planning the overall expansion goals and direction, and leading the team to achieve the performance targets;

2.Build a professional service mechanism to facilitate the connection of industry resources, policy promotion, and communication and liaison between Hong Kong and the mainland in the fields of science and technology innovation, green finance, and industrial incubation；

3.Regularly collect regional market information and industry trends in Hong Kong, explore new resources and new business models for cooperation, provide recommendations and solutions for the company's business development；

4.Responsible for establishing and improving the key customer database between Hong Kong and the mainland, maintaining  communication with key customers, coordinating and promoting the resolution of critical issues in the cooperation process, and ensuring the successful completion of all projects;

5.Regularly participate in various forms of online and offline industry activities, promote and publicize introductions about Nansha's economic and social development, location advantages, business environment, investment environment, as well as policies about innovation, entrepreneurship and talent recruitment, and promote the company's business and brand in science and technology innovation, finance, industrial investment, business incubation as well as green and sustainable development.

Qualifications：
1.Bachelor's degree or above；Excellent oral and written communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin；
2.15+years of work experience in finance, investment, consulting, real-estate and other industries, including 10+ years of local work experience in Hong Kong and 5+ years of work experience in Fortune Global 500 companies; 
3.5+ years of team management experience, responsible and reliable;
4.Calm and steady, having strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

岗位职责:
1.负责香港及内地业务渠道资源拓展，规划整体拓展目标和方向，带领团队完成业绩目标；
2.搭建专业服务平台，做好香港及内地之间科技创新、绿色金融、产业孵化等行业资源对接、政策宣传推广、沟通联络等工作；
3.定期收集香港区域市场动态信息、行业发展趋势，探索新的合作资源和新的业务模式，为公司业务发展提供参考方案；
4.负责建立和完善香港和内地重点客户资料信息库，保持与重点客户的双向沟通，协调和推进合作过程中的关键问题，保障各项合作交付的落地完成；
5.不定期参加各种形式的线上线下行业活动，宣传推广南沙经济社会发展、区位优势、营商环境、投资环境、创新创业及人才引进等政策，宣传公司科创金融、产业投资、招商孵化、绿色可持续等联动业务，增加知名度。

任职要求：
1.本科及以上学历，具有良好的粤语、英语、普通话听说读写能力；
2.具有15年以上金融、投资、咨询、房地产等行业工作经验，其中不少于10年香港本土工作经验，不少于5年在世界500强企业工作经验；
3.具有不少于5年的团队管理经验,工作认真负责；
4.处事稳重，分析、解决问题能力强。                                                                 

Nansha Investment Service (Hong Kong) Co.Ltd was incorporated in Hong Kong on July 5, 2022. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Guangzhou Nansha Investment Consulting Co., Ltd, it was set up in accordance with the arrangement of the Nansha District Party Committee and the district government.
