Job Description

Duties:
 

  • Handle Corporate & English speaking customers' enquiries and complaint in a professional manner
  • Support an exercise on collecting customer feedback 

 Requirements:

  • F.7 or above
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer service industry
  • Good knowledge of mobile, internet and PC products
  • Good spoken English & Chinese
  • Customer oriented, pleasant, mature, independent
  • Day Shift duty is required including weekends and public holidays, 9 hours per day
  • Fresh graduates will also be considered
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Officer
