Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Personal Task Management:
- Schedule and manage medical appointments, including coordinating with healthcare providers and ensuring timely reminders.
- Assist with personal health routines, including exercise, nutrition, and overall well-being management.
- Organize family and social activities, ensuring a balanced personal life.
- Manage daily tasks and routines to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support for work-related tasks, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries, including international travel as needed.
Communication and Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating personal and administrative tasks.
- Communicate effectively with healthcare providers, family members, and business associates.
- Draft and send emails, reports, and other communications as required.
- Liaise with other team members and departments to ensure smooth execution of tasks.
Health and Well-Being Management:
- Monitor and optimize personal health routines, including exercise, diet, and sleep.
- Ensure adherence to medical advice and treatment plans.
Maintain records of health metrics and progress.
Event and Relationship Management:
- Arrange and coordinate lunch and dinner meetings, ensuring suitable venues and arrangements.
- Manage relationships with key contacts, including professional and personal connections.
- Plan and organize social events, both personal and professional.
Daily Monitoring and Reporting:
- Provide daily updates on tasks, schedules, and any issues that need attention.
- Regularly review and adjust personal and work schedules to accommodate changing priorities.
- Track and report progress on ongoing tasks and projects.
Ideal Experience and Qualifications:
Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
- At least 3-5 years of experience as a personal or executive assistant, with a strong track record of managing schedules, tasks, and personal routines.
- Experience in event planning or hospitality is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Familiarity with scheduling and task management tools (e.g., Google Calendar, Asana, Trello).
- Basic knowledge of health and fitness tracking apps and tools.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
