Job Description

What you'll do:
- Assist Finance Manager to drive accounts receivable function for HKPC, including but not limited to managing and monitoring the invoicing and collection process, performing accounting entries
- Monitor accounts receivable operation and ensure compliance to policies and procedures
- Follow up on overdue invoices and implementing collection strategies to ensure timely collection of outstanding balance.
- Drive regular communications with project in charge and clients on debt collection matters, escalate risk of potential uncollectible receivables to Finance Manager
- Analyze respective GL accounts and prepare monthly Due From statement by projects on a timely basis
- Support digitization and simplification projects, prepare monthly statement, accounts receivable reports and bank reconciliations
- Assist in the internal and external audit including preparation of relevant balance sheet schedules and handle ad hoc projects when required
You'll be a good fit if you have/are:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related disciplines with 3 years of solid experience in finance and accounting duties or tertiary studies with substantial relevant experience
- Strong sense of accountability and sensitivity to confidentiality of information
- Attentive to details and proactive with strong initiation
- Hands-on experience on SAP is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications
