Responsibilities
 

• Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends, new business opportunities (i.e. in both telecom & non-telecom content / products / value-added services, etc), and competitive landscape in the market 
• Utilize market insights to develop robust products & services strategy and business model to prioritize growth initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive the development of product value proposition, commercialize the products & services, and determine the most effective approaches to generate sales leads 
• Introduce innovative new products & services aligning with company strategy & customer needs to lead the way to pioneer positioning
• Stay connected with competitive market, especially the evolving lifestyle trends; actively explore external collaboration, partnership & joint promotion opportunities and propose new ideas to drive incremental sales 
• Partner & collaborate with internal stakeholders to create compelling products & services offerings & platform for go-to-market 
   

Requirements

• Degree holder with minimum 10 years of related experience in business development, productization, sales & marketing, etc.
• P&L owner with passion for the business and willing to go for extra miles
• A collaborative team player with ability to work with different stakeholders & open to new ideas
• Self-motivated with ability to prioritize initiatives based on business values
• Strong liaison skill to deal with external business partners, service providers & enablers for mutual business growth
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese including Mandarin
