Job Description
Job Descriptions:
1.Manage and execute consultant onboarding/ offboarding processes, contract and record handling, IA license/MPFA registration applications, and revocations. Handle IA license renewals and MPFA annual reporting, maintaining accurate records.
2.Drive consultancy manpower development, execute and manage recruitment processes, handle recruitment package schemes administration and monitoring, and achieve company-assigned performance indicators.
3.Plan and implement recruitment initiatives and incentive programs, create management reports, regularly review effectiveness, conduct data analysis, and provide recommendations.
4.Monitor consultants’ Continuing Professional Development (CPD) progress, timely provide progress reports, and ensure compliance reporting to regulatory bodies.
5.Assist consultants in adhering to regulatory guidelines for intermediaries, exercise appropriate control, and address queries from the consultant team, internal departments, and regulatory authorities.
6.Regularly review internal procedures, guidelines, and workflows to optimize processes.
7.Assist in promoting the company’s policies and guidelines, understand consultants’ needs and mindset, provide appropriate support.
8.Collaborate on project planning and execution related to departmental development and consultancy management.
Requirements:
1.University graduate with 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the insurance/financial industry.
2.Proactive and collaborative with strong communication skills.
3.Detail-oriented, emphasizing workflow processes, and adept at problem-solving.
4.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
5.Conversational and written proficiency in both Chinese and English.
