Job Summary:

This position is responsible for logistic operation activities, including but not limited to reporting, data analysis, 3PL management to support the supply chain operational excellence in HKM.

Key Responsibilities and Job-Related Characteristics:

• Prepare shipment data for local standard cost reports
• Prepare monthly inbound forecast to 3PLS for warehouse space 
• Validate to ensure accuracy of 3PL monthly billing and coordinate payment settlement
• Perform monthly cycle count & working monthly stock reconciliation report.
• Perform physical annual stock take
• Update HK Custom duty exception file & a main contact point with external parties. (e.g. HK Customs)
• Coordinate / facilitate 3PL tendering and selection, preparing RFQ Cost Strategy report
• Monitor and manage 3PL service and performance (including service review)
• Prepare ad-hoc report

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

• Degree holder in Logistics, Transportation, Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
• 5+ years relevant working experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or inventory management
• Solid experience in I/E procedure and regulation, incoterms, import duty and Tradelink declaration
• Strong analytical mindset and reporting skills.
• Knowledge in warehouse and inventory management
• Knowledge in international logistics and Hong Kong Customs rules and regulations is an advantage
• Knowledge in ERP system or database tools 
• High proficiency in MS office applications
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Good written/verbal communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivating with strong sense of responsibility
