Our client is a Luxury fashion brand and currently looking for an Assistant CRM Manager  

Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of CRM programs to engage customers 
• Derive customer insights from data and provide intelligence to support and advice on marketing strategies and CRM initiatives
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in luxury customer experience and engagement.
• Planning & implementing retail events to achieve objectives in South Asia region
• Ensure CRM communications and database segmentation effective for targeted marketing
• Monitor customer data capturing and quality
• Generate CRM reports and measure results to drive continuous improvement
• Handling the distribution of DM, eDM and MMS
• Regular data cleansing and client portfolio management activities

 Requirements:

• Degree holder, preferably in Marketing / Business Administration or related discipline
• 6 years’ experience of CRM in luxury retail industries 
• Experience with CRM Software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving skill and numerical sense
• Strong communication skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Mandarin is a must
