• Responsibilities: 
• Provide the customer service counter services and deliver quality services to guest 
• Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints through phone, email, etc.
• Provide clerical support to the daily operations of customer service
• Assist in ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• High school degree or above with at least 1 year’s relevant experience in customer services, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Responsible, service-oriented, polite and punctual, excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• PC knowledge including Microsoft Word and Chinese Word Processing
• Good spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese)
