Job Summary

The successful candidate will be joining our Claims, Non-Motor Team in Hong Kong office and to assist the Team Senior Manager in non-motor claims handling, including improving customer experience and cost management.  

Responsibilities

• Handle, assess and settle Property & Liability claims properly and efficiency in compliance with company guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements;
• Provide customers with quality services in accordance with the service standards, procedures and guidelines;
• Handle claims enquiries from external and internal customers;
• Liaise with loss adjusters, broker, agent, Insured and third party claimants;
• Identify and investigate suspicious cases;
• Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or related discipline, with ANZIIF/ ACII qualification or equivalent level of Insurance qualification;
• Minimum 3 - 5 years' experience in handling Property & Liability claims;
• Sound problem solving and negotiation skills;
• Good communication skills in written and spoken in both English & Chinese;
• Customer-oriented, good team player, able to work independently and under pressure
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Executive.
