Job Description
What you can do?
- Participate & assist HR & Admin Assistant Manager in full spectrum of HR function including Compensation & Benefits, Recruitment, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement
- Handling administration duties in HR field, including but not limited to attendance management, leave records management, letter preparation, contract preparation and etc.
- Provide general office administrative & clerical support to HR and Administration department
- Take care of internal or external customers on various matters, e.g. answer general questions related to HR and Administration, stationary ordering, contacting with building management office,
- Assist in ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Who you are?
- Higher Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Experiences in HR & Admin field will be an advantage
- Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations and other related legislation would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
- Willing to learn and accept new challenge
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fresh graduates will also be considered
- Immediate available is highly preferred
