Job Duties
 

• Lead a team to perform the full spectrum of Human Resources functions including talent acquisition and development, employee services, compensation and benefits, performance management and employee engagement
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programs to support the Company's overall objectives
• Act as a business partner to provide HR services and advices to line departments and employees
• Prepare and compile HR statistical and management reports
• Review, update and draft HR policies and procedures 
• Handle ad hoc projects as required

Requirements
 

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years' relevant experience gained in sizable companies
• Good knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other employment related legislations
• Meticulous, mature, independent and with strong sense of responsibility
• Pro-active attitude with strong interpersonal and organizing skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing
