Job Purpose

To enhance and support the cash management, accounting and financing operation.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for accounts payable duties, including processing payments to vendors, maintaining AP transaction records & Aging reports, and vendor outstanding statements, etc;
• Responsible for checking purchase invoices, and data entry in SAP;
• Prepare bank reconciliation and accounts schedules at month-end closing;
• Responsible for petty cash & expenses claims and payment transaction, ensure payments are supported and approved in compliance with internal policies;
• Prepare daily cash flow reports and other treasury related reports on regular basis;
• Handle daily trade loan operation and administration;
• Handle Ad hoc assignment as required.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Associate Degree / Higher Diploma or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
• Good communication skills and self-initiated, positive attitude with great attention to detail;
• Competency in Excel and ERP system;
• Preferably 2 years relevant working experience, fresh graduates will also be considered;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is a plus;
• Immediate availability / Short notice is preferred.
