Reporting into: Premier Manager

Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:

• Utilize software to plan drivers’ routing and ensure maximum cost-efficiency
• Ensure orders are processed accurately and within the agreed service levels
• Anticipate, identify, and resolve problems that could potentially delay the fulfilment of deliveries
• Facilitate customers’ delivery and return arrangements
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints and follow up on orders via email and telephone, in a professional manner in line with our brand image
• Assist drivers on the run with instant support
• Cooperate within the Premier team and with other teams to tackle challenging situations
• Collaborate with external courier service when necessary
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by manager

• Exceptional customer service and communication skills
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet strict deadlines
• Proficient computer and analytical skills
• Candidates with customer service experience will be an advantage
• Fresh graduate will be also considered
