Responsibilities

• Responsible for tutors end-to-end recruitment process, including but not limited to job-posting, CV-screening, welcoming and on-boarding
• In charge of music tutors management; including monitoring the discipline of tutors, resolving disputes between tutors and clients etc
• Assist in payroll function for tutors in a timely manner
• ⁠Support office administration including customer service, data entry etc
• Assist in adhoc projects

Requirements

• University graduate
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a good team player
• ⁠Responsible, independent and good time management
• ⁠Able to handle numerous daily enquiries and respond in a timely manner
• Good command in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Graduates are welcome
