The job holder is responsible for:

• To provide warm welcome to customers, understand their needs and ensure the Best Customer Experience is achieved
• To handle inquiries raised by customers
• To support various customer events and perform administrative duties
• To support ad hoc assignments arranged by managers

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above
• At least 1-year relevant customer service experience would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English is preferred
• Able to work on Saturday and ad hoc rostering
• Work location: Kowloon Bay
