Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and Hands on copy-writing and simple art works for social media, advertisement and web channels, deliver tagline message to the audience for online and offline marketing materials & social campaigns. 
• Produce pitching deck and implement competition, award and funding application 
• Plan for enhancing the digital CRM activities to build ongoing engagement with the customers. 
• Research & report on competitors’ marketing efforts. Always be on the lookout for exemplary content and activations, based to build our next initiatives.
• Support sourcing and communicate with vendors on marketing materials
• Monitor and simple reply to customers' inquiries by general templates, both email and other related platforms e.g whatsapp/facebook.

Job requirement:

• Diploma or above in Digital Marketing, Marketing/ Media or related discipline
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing with design or related exposure
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and tactics, including social media, email marketing, Google AdWords, and content marketing / multi-media creation
• Experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, WordPress and Excel formula will be an advantage
• Detail-minded with a positive working attitude, detail-oriented, and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced
• Good command in written of Chinese and English
• More experience will be considered in a Senior position
