Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting our Senior Management on project management include cash-flow, progress monitoring, contractual issues;
• Management issue like planning, work progress, quality & safety, and cost control of large-scale civil projects;
• Manage the site project team including Sub Agent, Site Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Site Supervisor to carry out the works according to the statutory requirements;
• Establish and maintain a closed partnership among client, consultants, government authorities, subcontractors and internal sectors.
   

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related disciplines;
• 10 years' practical experience with at least 3 years in managing large-scale civil projects
• Experience in construction management of government projects is essential;
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
• Excellent planning and organizing skills
• Good communication skills;
• Professional membership such as ICE, HKIE is preferred.
