Role Mission:

• Consolidate and analyze data from multiple databases, and prepare insightful reports at Diamond Management Centre

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate and integrate data from multiple databases related to diamond procurement, stock taking, and turnover
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to relevant stakeholders
• Assist in compiling presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions
• Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Statistics, Mathematics or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of relevant working experience
• Experienced with data analysis and visualization
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented and a team player
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Good command of Cantonese, Mandarin, and English
