Job Description
Savills has a network of over 700 offices and associates throughout the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, Africa and the Middle East. We require a high calibre individual to join us for the following position:-
助理客戶服務主任 / 客戶服務主任 (全職9小時工作, 早中更 需輪班)
職責:
- 處理日常營運及行政工作;
- 處理客戶查詢及投訴;
- 提供專業及親切的客戶服務;
- 於突發事故時,需提供緊急支援;
- 負責場內設施的日常運作,及監管承辦商之保養工作,以符合大廈要求;
- 保持主動積極的工作態度,經常與客戶、訪客及承辦商保持良好關係;
要求:
- 中五畢業,能操流利粵語,簡單英語國語
- 至少二至三年客戶服務經驗;
- 注重質量及持續改善;
- 具備良好溝通技巧;
- 懂得一般電腦及文書工作
- 需持有效保安人員許可證(SPP)及認可機構之保安人員訓練証書(QAS證書)
