Responsibilities

•  Assist manager to supervise accounting team to carry out all-rounded accounting and financial operations & reporting duties and commission calculation
• Assist manager to handle full set of accounts, prepare financial analysis and reporting package
• Prepare the monthly and regular Sales, inventory & financial reports
• Support the Company events for accounting operation (e.g. VIP day, Food expo & HKBPE)
• Implement and maintain strong internal controls, develop SOPs & improve work process
• Assist in enhancing ERP system and reporting package
• Perform assigned ad-hoc reports and supporting tasks

Requirements

• Degree Holder in Finance or Accounting discipline
• Member of ACCA/HKICPA or other Profession Accounting Association is a plus
• Minimum 3 years in Managerial grade with retail industry experience is highly preferred
• Experience in commission computation and HR knowledge would be advantage
• Proficiency in MS Excel and sound knowledge in accounting & ERP system (e.g. Multiable & MYOB)
• A team player with proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills and strong analytical mind
• Must be systematic, detail-oriented and with ability to multi-tasks
• Immediate available is highly preferred
