Job Description

What you'll do:

• Develop, maintain and enforce the information security management system and framework
• Manage and collaborate with outsourced Security Operation Centre (SOC) for round-the-clock monitoring, event correlation and handle incident response
• Provide support and advice from security perspective on architecture design, system setup, risk assessment and risk mitigation
• Perform regular vulnerability scan, penetration test, security assessment and drill
• Provide support on procurement and acquisition of security solutions and implementation of security projects
• Coordinate the continuous development, implementation and updating of security and standards, guidelines and procedures to protect the security of the information asset within an organization 

You'll be a good fit if you have/are:

• Bachelor degree in computer science or related discipline 
• At least 6 years’ relevant experience in information security, IT infrastructure management or application development 
• Solid experience in managing security operation center, threats management, security risk management and security operations
• Holding a relevant industry-recognized security testing certification (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA, CEH, etc.) will be an advantage.
• Strong understanding of information security practices including OGCIO’s IT Security policies and guidelines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
