Responsibilities:

• Provide full spectrum of human resources & administration support to various departments
• Assist in the recruitment, performance management, and regular reporting
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and people development programs
• Maintain the HR system and personnel records in a professional manner
• Provide office administration services, procurement of office suppliers and other daily operations support

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or other relevant disciplines
• Knowledge of the Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
• Hands-on experience in preparing training materials and presentation
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, strong ethics and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment
• Fresh graduates are welcome
