Our client is a luxury goods retailer. They are looking for a HR Manager to support their operations

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Regional HR Director to oversee HK, Macau and TW market
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR management tasks, including C&B, recruitment and selection, performance management, organizational development, employee relations etc.
• Managing employee performance management processes and facilitating performance related tasks.
• Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Oversee office management tasks, including vendor management, facility management, and inventory control.
• To lead and support HR system related topics including system transformation, implementation and enhancement project
• Oversee HRIS implementation, management, and enhancements across all sourcing offices.
• Prepare HR related proposals and reports for management review
• Any other ad hoc duties 

Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 5-7 years of HR experience with a minimum 3 years of managerial level, preferably in the Retail or Luxury industries
• Strong knowledge of Hong Kong labor laws and regulations
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is preferred
