Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions including compensation & benefits, talent acquisition, performance management and employee communication.
-Manage C&B operations including but not limited to payroll calculation, MPF administration, taxation, medical and leave management
-Prepare HR reports for management review
-Assist in HRIS implementation

Qualifications:
-Diploma or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
-Minimum of 2 year of relevant work experience
-Excellent communication and coordination skills, effectively communicating with employees and suppliers at different levels.
-Strong organizational and time management skills, able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Team player, able to work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
-Strong problem-solving and independent work abilities, able to handle daily challenges independently.
-Proficient in office software.
-Immediately available is preferred
-Exposures in F&B industry should be an advantage
