Responsibilities:

• Manage the creation of compelling marketing communications materials, including key visual designs, digital marketing assets, social media content, graphic and logo design, print collateral and multimedia/video materials
• Drive the design process from conceptualization to final creative deliverables
• Ensure design aligns with the company's brand, products and target audience
• Develop high-impact marketing materials that effectively reach and engage the target market
• Handle ad-hoc design tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Arts or a related discipline
• 3-5 years of relevant experience working at a creative agency, or for brands with expertise in asset localization and adaptation
• Familiarity with the style and formats of various social media platforms
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) on MAC
• Strong drawing and illustration skills are a plus
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and design
• Ability to work to tight deadlines with flexibility
• Proactive and dynamic team player with a positive attitude, able to work independently
