Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and storage systems, to ensure high availability and optimal performance.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, such as routers, switches, firewalls, and operating systems, to support the organization's IT operations.
• Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and implement proactive measures to ensure security, stability, and scalability of the IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute infrastructure-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and system integrations, to meet business requirements.
• Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related issues, and ensure timely resolution of service requests.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Strong knowledge of networking principles, protocols, and technologies, including TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Proficiency in administering and troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with enterprise-level infrastructure components, such as storage area networks (SAN), load balancers, and backup solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
