Job Responsibilities:
 

• Work with Key Account Management team to proactively identify potential SMAs and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities within the SMAs; 
• Assess the specific needs of SMAs and product introductions via regular meeting / phone calling; 
• Continuously monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues in a timely manner;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. CS, Operations) to handle customer enquiries to ensure an excellent customer experience; 
• Develop strong relationships with existing SMAs to foster loyalty and advocacy;
• Provide general sales support including but not limited to, handling quotations & invoices, rate cards updating, account openings, contract renewals and account receivable
• Support sales team to handle orders follow-up and related sales revenue reports and forecasts 
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Job Requirements:

• High Diploma or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related discipline;
• 1-2 years relevant working experiencein sales field or/and customer service field;
• Good negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• PC Literacy and working knowledge of MS Office;
• Immediately available is preferred.
