Responsibilities:

• Manage IT Projects, including EPR, POS, BI, Workflow System & responsible for system design;
• Manage all user’s requirement capture, system testing, deployment;
• Manage Vendor and Procurement;
• Prepare documentation in the development cycle;
• Define application problem by conferring with software house, internal departments, evaluate procedures and processes;
• Control solutions by establishing specifications, coordinate production with vendors and programmers;
• Validate results by testing programs;
• Provide technical support and training to all internal users;
• Update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; read professional publications, maintain personal networks, participate in professional organizations;
• Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed;
• Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant working experience;
• At least 2 years working experience in business application project management or BA roles from a sizable company;
• Experience in system development of POS and ERP in retailing, FMCG or F&B industry;
• Experience with PL/SQL, MSSQL Server, and Oracle Database in Linux Platform is a must;
• Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools, change and process is an advantage;
• Experience with Oracle database administration, trouble shooting and performance tuning is an advantage;
• Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese. Japanese N1 will be an advantage;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senor Officer - System.
