One of our clients, a government body is currently seeking an IT professional to join their elite team.

Major Duties: 

• As the role of Business Analyst, implement and maintain the Contract Management System.
• Ensure the system is built in with the established governance control process and cover the functions such as performance appraisal, contractual documents submission workflow, bonds, approval, insurance and email notification, etc.
• Ensure the timely renewal of the recurrent contracts and alert teams for the potential delay.
• Responsible for the implementation, maintenance and enhancement of the contracts management dashboard.
• Monitor the post-contract-related submissions in compliance with the terms stipulated in IT contracts, such as insurance, performance bonds, etc.
•  Liaise with closely with IT teams and Procurement to conduct final review of funding papers prior to management approval.
• Monitor the performance of IT contractors, compile performance statistics and initiate corrective actions to performance problems.
   

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration,  Information Technologyor equivalent 
• Professional Qualifications of ITIL standard will be an advantage
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in administration of IT Contracts or experience in Procurement.
• Solid experience in Writing Funding Papers and Business Cases is a MUST 
• Proven experience in liaison with multiple parties 
• Good command of English and Chinese
• Good communication and clear presentation skills
• Less experience may also be considered as junior position.
