Our client, a reputable private medical group, is seeking a Clinic Officer/ Clinic Assistant/ Dispenser to join their team.

Job Duties:

• Maintain environment for service delivery and smooth operation of the clinical unit
• Handle patient booking, registration, enquiries, and arrange consultant appointments
• Measure patient's vital signs, record intake and output, and report to nurses
• Prepare, clean, sterilize equipment, and conduct routine quality checks
• Dispense drugs accurately according to prescriptions
• Assist in ensuring effective operation of clinic dispensaries
• Handle patient queries regarding prescriptions, dosage, precautions, and side effects
• Maintain accurate records of all dispensing transactions
• Support inventory control and perform stock take, cycle count, and expiry check

Requirements:

• 1+ years of relevant experience
• On-the-job training provided
• Good team player, well-organized, motivated, and attentive to details
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude
• Fluent in Cantonese, good command of English and Mandarin
