Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Customer Follow-up and Problem Solving: Actively follow up and maintain existing customer base, promptly respond to customer needs, provide professional and efficient solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer Relationship Enhancement: Strengthen connections with customers through effective communication and interaction, establish and maintain long-term stable cooperative relationships, and enhance customer loyalty.
Customer Alignment and Maintenance: Serve as a bridge between customers and the company, responsible for daily customer alignment work, including information transfer, demand collection, project follow-up, and after-sales support, to ensure accurate communication and fulfillment of customer needs.
Requirements:
Education Background: College degree or above, major unlimited, with relevant work experience preferred.
Work Attitude: Conscientious, responsible, with good teamwork spirit and stress resistance.
Language Ability: Fluent in Mandarin and English communication, able to communicate seamlessly with domestic and foreign customers.
Newcomer-friendly: Welcome applications from fresh graduates and individuals without relevant work experience, as well as Hong Kong expatriates working and living in Hong Kong.
Job Type and Working Hours:
Type: Full-time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, working five days a week, eight hours per day.

客戶對接與維護:作為客戶與公司之間的橋樑,負責客戶的日常對接工作,包括資訊傳遞、需求收集、項目跟進及售後支持等,確保客戶需求的準確傳達與滿足。
崗位要求:
教育背景:大專及以上學歷,專業不限,擁有相關工作經驗者優先。
工作態度:工作認真踏實,責任心強,具備良好的團隊合作精神和抗壓能力。
語言能力:流利的普通話和英語交流能力,能夠無障礙地與國內外客戶進行溝通。
