Responsibilities:

• Perform supporting, monitoring, troubleshooting and regular administration / maintenance on POS system
• Set up and renew menu information onto  POS when needed
• Corporate with Operations team & Contractor on the testing for any changes of POS and relevant IT systems, e.g. Aigens, Erun, Seito
• Preparing regular reports for management review by extraction of data from POS and other system, e.g. Aigens, Erun, Seito
• Collaborate with various teams on restaurants' projects, such as new store openings and events
• Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the stores, providing administrative support as needed.
• Consolidate sales data and prepare sales-related reports for review by the CFO
• Other administrative support assigned by the Operation Team

Requirement:

• Diploma Holder in Finance, Accounting  or Hotel & Catering Management or IT related discipline
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in restaurant/hospitality operations management ,with solid experience in F&B industry
• Strong leadership, responsible and able to work independently
• Be able to work independently and multi-tasking.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in using MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience in SAP is preferred
• Immediate available is highly preferred
