Your Role:
As the VP of Marketing Strategy, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's long-term business goals. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses all channels and platforms, including digital, traditional, and emerging media.
- Leading and mentoring the marketing strategy team, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
- Collaborating closely with the sales and product development teams to ensure that marketing strategies are aligned with product capabilities and sales objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer insights, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilising extensive data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, making data-driven decisions to optimise performance.
- Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and maximum impact.
- Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring performance metrics to track the success of marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Providing strategic recommendations and insights to senior management on market opportunities, customer segmentation, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

What You'll Need to Succeed:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role, preferably in the telecommunications or related industries.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that have driven business growth and achieved measurable results.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret extensive data to make informed decisions and drive marketing optimisation.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve high performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to think critically and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
