Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

  • Maintain accurate employee master data records and ensure timely updates
  • Update and maintain employee leave records
  • Prepare employee related documents such as contracts, offer letters, employment letters etc.
  • Prepare and circulate various payroll, headcount reports, movement lists to the business
  • Manage employee personnel folders
  • Assist with ad hoc projects or requests such as system rollout or audit reviews
  • Perform administrative and staff support and coverage for the team
  • Exposure to Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Thailand employee tax/ordinance requirements 

 

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Fluency in Cantonese and English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Attention to detail and be opened-minded for feedback
  • Effective team player with sound interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
