Job Description

• Handle enquiries and follow-up requests from designated corporate clients;
• Handle renewal portfolios and secure major renewal cases;
• Liaise with internal and external parties to deliver smooth and effective workflow;
• Maintain long-term relationships and close partnerships with corporate clients to drive business growth along with business strategies and fulfill business targets;
• Explore potential business opportunities and handle business development projects;
• Collect and gather client/agent's feedback on the service quality and report to the management;
• Handle other duties/ projects as assigned;

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business Administration, Marketing or other related discipline;
• Any sales / customer service experience is preferred;
• Experience in corporate business development (B2B), cross-border business development and partnership management is highly preferred;
• Experience in recruitment, medical, wellness and insurance fields would be an advantage;
• Customer-oriented with a proactive and good serving attitude;
• Presentable and strong in communication skills;
• Self-motivation with a strong will  to learn;
• Proficient in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
• Proven Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Immediately available is preferred

* Less experience will be considered as Business Administrative Assistant
