Job Scope

• Report to the CFO and monitor the group's Financial Management and Financial accounting
• Oversee the forecasting ,budgeting and financial analysis
• Conduct and manage due diligence review in respect of acquisitions and assist in relevant negotiations
• Monitor the consolidation as well as taxation, annual audit and strategic plans
• Implementing policies, procedures & guideline to improve the operation efficiency
• Maintain and develop proper internal control framework
• Liaise with BOD and external stakeholders
• Evaluate different business models for both organic and external growth opportunities

Requirement

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance with ACCA or CPA
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Chinese state owned enterprise
• At least 5 years supervisory experience
• Proven track record in leadership roles
• Strong business acumen, strong adaptability and able to work with senior management
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, particularly Mandarin
