Our client is looking for a Sales Support Officer to cope with their business expansion in Asia.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Follow up sales order and coordinate with different functional teams
• Handle customer documents and support finance billing works
• Data entry to ensure sales operations are smooth
• Provide sales administrative and clerical supports

Job Requirements: 

• HKDSE or above
• 1 year working experiences in sales support or order processing is highly preferable 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Experience in using SAP and Material Management modules user is an advantage
• Good communication skills and detail-minded
