Job Description
Overview:
He / she will directly report and work closely with our E-commerce Manager and the team to provide a good shopping experience. We are looking for an individual with pleasant personality, patient and customer service oriented. This role needs to work across departments in order to succeed.
Responsibilities: -
- Provide efficient response to customer enquiries via phone call, instant messaging, live chat and email on products, promotions, key selling points, order status, and after-sales
- Deliver excellent service in consulting solutions and improve customers’ satisfaction level via different channels
- Handle customs enquires, discrepancies, wrong delivery, service complaints, etc.
- Monitor the payment status and shipment status and provide proactive support and updates to customers.
- Provide administrative and logistic support to the Department
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely, efficient and effective service to customers
Requirements:-
- Diploma or above in any disciplines
- At least 1 year working experience in customer services
- Proactive, passionate and good communication
- Good telephone manner and customer oriented
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese & and English
