Responsibilities 職責

• Responsible for daily maintenance and repair of shopping mall facilities
  負責商場設施日常維修保養工作
• Working 5 days per week, 9 hours per day
  每星期工作五天，每日九小時
• Shift duty is required (including emergency maintenance work in severe weather)
  需輪班工作(包括惡劣天氣情況下參與緊急維修)
• Responsible for electrical, mechanical equipment or general builder's work
  負責有關機電設備或泥水、油漆及木工等工作
• Includes regular inspections, maintenance and repair, preventive works and emergency breakdown handling, revamp and upgrading work
  包括定期檢查、維修保養、預防性及緊急故障維修、翻新及改善工作

Requirements 入職要求

• Minimum 1 year building services and maintenance experience in shopping mall or office building
  一年或以上商場及商業大廈維修及保養相關工作經驗
• F.3 or above and certificate holder of building services and maintenance training courses
  中三或以上程度及已完成有關大廈維修及保養訓練課程
• Holder of  Green Card or EMSD Grade A or above Certified Electrical Worker
  持有有效平安咭及機電工程署「A」級或以上電牌
• Good command of Cantonese, and conversational English and Mandarin
  操流利粵語，略懂英語及普通話
