Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Formulate and lead year-round brand Integrated marketing communications & digital media strategy planning and omni-channel development with clear road map to elevate the batteries brand experience and continuously drive traffic
  • Lead and digitalize integrated marketing campaigns from planning to analysis to support monthly/ seasonal themes, new brand & product launches and product repush to drive sales for the company
  • Lead and orchestrate social media and content strategy based on the product roadmap & seasonal brand, monitor the team various social media platforms, content creating, copywriting, develop and executing advertising campaign. 
  • Plan the product mix in each country and keep tracking and evaluating the effectiveness
  • Assist in formulating and driving the implementation of global product marketing strategies
  • Oversee, plan, implement & coordinate with various in-house or outside partners for Expo, roadshow, seminars etc
  • Work closely with sales team to continuously drive sales, increase to retail channel, explore new business model and markets with data analysis and business plan.
  • Conduct competitor analysis, learn from the market how to expand their business of each product category
  • Report to Sales Director and keep working on market plans and business report on a monthly basis

 

Job Requirements:

  • Degree holder at least 5 years in marketing or related disciplines. 
  • Solid experience in Digital marketing and campaign management on global product marketing, preferably in consumer electronics industry, passionate about electronic or appliance product, good understanding of the global retail landscape.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM, Keywords traffic optimization, Google Analytics
  • Background in batteries products; multi-brand scope will be an advantage
  • Proven digital marketing experience including SEO, performance marketing, social media management and content marketing with successful campaign activations
  • Able to create customer journey maps and translate business goals into integrated marketing campaigns
  • Result-oriented, detail-minded, data-driven with strong business sense
  • Strong leadership in leading a team with good people management and problem-solving skills
  • Highly adaptive and flexible to handle various projects in parallel and cope with frequent changes
  • Keeping a finger on the pulse of the latest industry advancements in digital services, ensuring that our development strategies are in sync with market evolution.
  • Familiar with IoT, Accessories, Audio, Smart Device products will be definitely an advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal of Chinese, English & Mandarin communication skills to effectively convey marketing & message & collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experienced talent would be considered as Marketing Manager role.
  • Immediate availability or short notice will be an advantaged.
