Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing programs to support the growth of two key segments: Corporate Employees and Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs).
• Manage various sales channels to achieve business performance targets.
• Define customer journeys to enhance customer loyalty.
• Analyze customer data for segmentation marketing purposes.
• Execute end-to-end promotion campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external vendors, and partners for marketing campaigns.
• Support team operations and handle ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong numerical skills.
• Experience in ICT, Banking, or Insurance industries preferred.
• Interest in technology and fast-moving industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently on multiple tasks.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the role of Marketing Executive.
